Visaic Integrates Zixi For Global Live Distribution

Zixi enhances live streaming for Visaic Interactive Platform.
Visaic has integrated Zixi’s Software-Defined Video Platform (SDVP) technology into the Visaic Interactive Platform (VIP). VIP is a SaaS-based product that is designed for sports leagues, federations, teams and college conferences as well as entertainment brands that want to expand viewership and increase revenue.
VIP provides sports brands with modern and interactive user experiences on any device along with hybrid monetization options and AI-based tools to grow their brand value and revenue streams. Central to VIP is an AI-powered monetization intelligence engine that provides the ability for organizations to drive engagement decisions, marketing decisions and tools to convert casual fans into passionate followers. VIP enables live streaming at scale and reaches fans wherever they are: web, social , FAST platforms, and theaters. Zixi’s SDVP enables VIP to deliver flawless quality along with advanced features such as live DVR, game stats, live clipping, highlights and game downloads. Zixi’s superior efficiency eliminates the need for excessive virtual machines, leading to reduced infrastructure requirements and substantial cost savings. By significantly cutting infrastructure costs, Visaic can help sports media organizations to create new business models and opportunities to generate revenue. Visaic utilizes key components of the SDVP to transport broadcast quality, ultra-low latency live video over any IP network.
Also critical to the Visaic Interactive Platform are the Zixi ZEN Master control plane’s capability to orchestrate live events with alerts and alarms that support automating live event monitoring at scale.
