The network-connected video decks offer significant advantages and time-savings to the more demanding production workflows by providing tapeless, file-based recording and playback with the ability to remotely control, setup, and transfer high-quality files over Ethernet. The devices record edit-ready, industry-standard files (Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHD) and allow simultaneous multiple-drive recording, giving production staff peace of mind with their redundancy and backup capabilities. Combined with extensive audio capabilities, such as 64 channels of both MADI audio and Dante audio-over-Ethernet, these award-winning units are complete, cost-effective tools that are ideal for high-performance video capture and presentation.
