Traditionally, GNSS satellites have been used to provide time for broadcasting. Hoptroff’s terrestrial time service combined with GNSS timing ensures High Availability of UTC time, frequency and synchronization, especially important where satellite sources are difficult to receive or subject to interference, and end-to-end along the content delivery chain. Our media customers also appreciate the ST2110 expertise we can offer to ensure a successful transition to IP media.
