Videstra provides software and hardware designed to manage and unify the workflow around HD Web Camera Networks (AKA Micro-Local Cameras). We add significant value by offering PTZ and CCU control, managing automatic 24x7 remote recording and time-based retrieval, managing a full web publishing suite for web sites as well as provide the ability to quickly create elegant time-lapse video from any time period within the last 4 days. Our system is fully integrated with Weather Graphics systems from WSI and plays well with AccuWeather and Barons. Videstra is also fully automatable through both Grass Valley Ignite™ as well as Ross OverDrive™.

We support h.264 (AVC), h.265 (HEVC) as well as classic MPEG4 with multiple delivery protocols including RTSP, RTMP, HLS, UDP(ts) and SRT. AAC, AAC-lc and G.711 (PCM) audio is also supported. Videstra is a member of the SRT Alliance.
